The aim of the project was to create a unique overwater resort that would capture the attention of travelers before they arrived.
We were tasked with driving the concept of a low impact, 5 star luxury resort. In a crowded market the client wanted a project that would capture peoples imagination when they saw images of the resort. Our strategy was to look at the unique local vernacular and deliver this in a way that brought guests close to nature.
We were looking for something special and different from the main stream, We didn't want the same cookie cutter approach we had found elsewhere. The team at COLE took us through the design process and delivered far beyond our initial expectations and we could not be more happy with the results.
